Manso is a certified accounting technician with over 5 years of experience, working with both INGO and NGO. His core skills are handling issues relating to finance, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics. He is a skillful team player who communicates effectively, builds consensus, and inspires colleagues to attain peak performance. He currently works as a Project Coordinator for Sierra Leone Property Tax Reform program, LoGRI and ICTD where he supports the implementation of property tax reform project. Prior to joining LoGRI and ICTD, he was a Business Support Officer for British Council Sierra Leone, where he managed projects like Connecting Classroom and Creative Hustle. Manso is pursuing professional accountancy with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He serves as a senior managing partner for IRIS SL Ltd.
