Justine Knebelmann is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Sciences Po Paris. Her research is at the intersection of development and public economics, mostly centered around state capacity in developing countries. She has been collaborating with tax administrations in Africa since 2015, with a strong focus on digitalization. She holds a PhD from the Paris School of Economics and was a postdoctoral associate at MIT with J-PAL.
