Profile

Victor Pouliquen is a Professor of Economics at Université Paris Dauphine. His research focuses on strengthening state capacity, with particular emphasis on taxation and the delivery of public services. He holds a PhD from the Paris School of Economics, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Oxford, and previously served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Essex.
