Alieu Gilbert Fullah is the Technical Specialist for the Local Government Revenue Initiative (LoGRI) in Sierra Leone. With over 10 years’ experience in data science, ICT, and GIS, he is part of the property tax reform operations team across Freetown, Makeni, and Kenema. Drawing on global experience with Microsoft and UNDP, he delivers innovative, data-driven solutions that strengthen local governance and boost public revenue.
