Amadu Jan Jalloh

Project Manager

Amadu Jan Jalloh is a project manager for the Sierra Leone Property Tax Reform Project at the Local Government Revenue Initiative (LoGRI), where he leads the implementation of property tax reform programmes across multiple city councils in Sierra Leone, including Freetown, Makeni, and Kenema. In this role, he supports project planning and delivery, oversees data verification and field operations, coordinates with government partners and IT teams, and contributes to the development of systems and processes that strengthen local government revenue administration.

Amadu previously served as a Project Coordinator and Project Assistant at LoGRI, supporting valuation exercises, enquiries desk operations, internal audits, data cleaning, and performance reporting, as well as the handover of reformed systems to councils. Before joining LoGRI, he worked with the Environmental Foundation for Africa on data-driven environmental monitoring initiatives.

He holds a BSc in Business and Information Technology from Njala University and has professional training in data analytics and project management. His work focuses on using data, technology, and operational systems to improve public finance management and service delivery at the local government level.
