Rosetta Wilson is a Fellow Chartered Certified and Chartered Management Accounting professional with over 25 years of senior management experience across the private and public sectors, including sub-national government.  She is a freelance consultant, currently working as the Country Team Lead for the LoGRI property tax reform project in Sierra Leone, where she leads on the design and implementation of LoGRI’s large-scale property tax reforms in Sierra Leone.  Before that, she worked as a senior financial management adviser to the Mayor of Freetown, where she served as the sector lead, within the Mayor’s Delivery Unit, for revenue mobilisation. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ICASL), a member of the Association of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) and a member of the Chartered Global Management Accountants (GCMA).
