Mohamed Said Samantar
Prof. Mohamed Said Samantar is a Professor of Economics at Puntland State University. He holds a DPhil from the University of Sussex (UK), a Master’s in Development Economics from the University of Naples (Italy), and a Laurea from the National University of Somalia, with teaching assistance from the University of Padua (Italy).
